She was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Product Line Management and Design from 2015 to January 2017, and before that she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Communications Test & Measurement Business Unit from 2013 to 2015. From April 2011 to December 2012, Ms. Spradley was the CEO/Executive Director of US Ignite, a White House and National Science Foundation initiative focused on applications for smart city implementation.
